WHO ARE WE?
We are Montegrande, a team committed to this historically relevant project, under the direction of Peruvian archaeologist Quirino Olivera. From Montegrande, we invite you to explore the Marañón Culture, the archaeological circuit that surrounds the Huaca and the cosmovision told through its vestiges. Here you can also learn about the latest research on the origin, domestication and ceremonial use of cacao in this ancient civilization.
